Ce Pinot Auxerrois est l’invité singulier de toutes les tables. Ce cépage peu connu n’est pas originaire d’Auxerre, mais de l’ancien vignoble lorrain.

L’attaque est souple et gouleyante, la finale est croquante et fruitée.
